Stop the 400 million dollar spending on graterford prison. We cannot afford it. It is cheaper to educate then incarcerate. 2. All companies doing business in PA should pay taxes here. It is my understanding that a large percentage of companies headquarter outside PA pay little or NO taxes. Philadelphia goes after basketball players for taxes on wages made while playing games, PA should go after ALL companies. I am sure the are millions available. 1.
