Dave Pidgeon writes for Lancaster Online:
Life is transitioning from tragedy to advocacy for 22-year-old Jacy Good.
Good is in the midst of restructuring her life after a May 2008 car crash that took the life of both her parents and left her in a temporary coma.
Starting next week, she’ll try to sway state legislators to support a ban on cell-phone use while driving. It was the use of a cell phone by an 18-year-old driver that led to the crash that killed her parents.
